To make matters worse, I can't get anyone on the phone to help me out. Plus, they won't even cover the return shipping costs. Their confirmation email didn’t even list the items I actually ordered, so they can just send whatever they want without any repercussions. It's clear this company doesn't care about its customers and shows no gratitude. I really regret doing business with such a shady place.
